The nephew of wealthy Martha Travers, he partners with "The Cat" (Catwoman) to steal his aunt's emerald necklace and take half the jewels for himself. Unfortunately his plot is ruined by the arrival of Batman and Robin. He is knocked out by Batman and presumably jailed.
